Hi,
I am a postdoctoral scientist at a public university in the US. My PhD was from the same university in the US. I'm thinking of applying for a green card under the EB1A category, and would appreciate comments about my chances. Here are my qualifications:
* PhD from a US university
* 12 publications (4 first author + 4 second author + 1 second author with 2 co-first authors + some others). Most of these publications are in the best journals in the field.
* 190 citations, with >150 independent citations. My highest cited paper is where I'm the second author with 2 co-first authors (65 citations).
* Reviewed 9 m****cripts independently for 7 different journals
* Presented talks at 3 national/international conferences, and posters at 3 conferences
One of my concerns is my first author papers only have ~43 citations, 35 independent. Is this a serious cause of concern? If yes, what would help bolster my application?
Feedback much appreciated.
