Hello
Wanted to see if I can get some feedback on this particular case.
The individual in question has a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engg. from Univ. of California at Berkeley.
He works for a BioTech Consulting firm in SF Bay Area.
His H1-B application went through a lottery twice and unfortunately came empty both times due to the large number of applications.
He has publications in international journals of repute, has presented at international conferences and has authored a book chapter as well.
He published as an undergraduate and well as a graduate student. May have some journal referee experience as well.
He can get letters of recommendation vouching for his excellence as a researcher from quite a few sources.
I wanted to ask immigration attorneys as well as individuals with some experience in this area if in his case we can apply for an EB1-A visa.
I can provide more details if needed.
Thank you
