Is EB1- Extraordinary ability (EB1-A) also retrograded for India?

Hi,

I read that EB1 has been retrograded to Jan 2010.

My question is if this is "Employment Based EB1" (For example: EB1-B, EB1-C) or also applicable to Extraordinary ability (EB1-A) ?

My assumption is that EB1-A is not employment based. Is that right?
