    EB2 Husband filling and wife on H1

    My husband wants to file green card for EB2 NIW.While filing he would include my name as his spouse.I am currently on H1 visa.Do i need to maintain my visa status throughout the procedure.Can my husband file for H4 after one year.Will he able to do so while i am in US.
