EB1 or NIW

Dear Immihelp:
My I-140 has been approved. I had actuall under NIW. On the I-140 it does not say anything like that. It says section: Alien of extraordinary ability
Pettioner : My name
Benificary: My Name
My questions are

1. The above approval is EB1 or NIW?

2. Do i have to depend upon my current employer for further greencard processing?

3. Does my priority date is under EB1?

4. After i apply I-485 can i work for any company/anywhere in US

5. Currently i am working on H1 visa and has expired on July 01-2000 and an extension has been applied before expiration and yet it has not been approved. Am i legal now? My wife also came to us before July 01-2000 and an extension was applied before expiry. Is she legal?

6. If EAD is approved for both my wife and for me. Can my wife work on EAD and can i still maintain my H1 status?

I really appreciate if you could please answer the above questions.

2. No. I assume that you filed I-140 yourself and did not do labor certification.
3. Yes.
4. For self petitioned, yes.
5. Both are legal.
6. Don't know.
