Hello,
I graduated with an undergraduate degree from an American college. I have
5 years working experience and my name in 2 publications (not first author). I am currently working at a cancer research institute, however they do now allow EB3 applications. I will have to apply using EB2. My question is, which route would give me a better chance in getting a permanent residence, the EB2 (NIW) or EB2 (advance degree professionals-PERM)?
