I have approved NIW I-140 (I worked more than 6 years in an underserved area) but it does mention the petitioner name as My prior employer.
Currently I am working at a different hospital
Can I file for adjustment of status based on NIW from prior employer. Is there a difference between employer petitioned NIW and self sponsored NIW.
