Hello,
My husband and I are filling the 140 and 485 concurrently for the NIW. I had EAD's while I was under the J2 visa, meaning that I aplied for the EAD before and it was granted. Now I'm under the (c)(9) eligibility, a DIFFERENT elegibility. My question is: what should I mark on the 765 form:
1- permission to accept employment? or
2- Renew of my permission??
Since I'm under a new eligibility i believe I should mark option 1, but I'm not sure. Does anyone can help me with that??
