1. PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering
2. Worked for Fortune 500 company for 7 years before PhD.
3. Have 12 Peer reviewed Conference/Journal Papers.
4. Have 10 citation.
5. Has been a reviewer for conferences and journals.
6. 2 Invited presentation.
7. I have 5 independent reference letters.
8. Hold 3 patents.
I have submitted the above documents for my O1A petition and it got approved. I was wondering if I will be eligible for EB1 category.
