I was with Company A who filed my PERM in Dec 2011. It was selected for first audit in Mar 2012 and second audit on Aug 2012. Based on the pending labor I got my 7th year extension till 01/2014. I had to switch employer as I wasnt sure my labor will get approved. But the H-1 transfer was approved only till 02/2013 and I am working now for company B. They filed my PERM in Oct 2012. Now my PERM with Company A got approved. Can they now file for my I-140 and if that is approved can I move back to them (assuming I get three years extension)?
