I graduated from school with masters in computer science in december last year and had been working for a s/w firm since then dec 04 - may 05 as a contracter and may 05 till pres. as a permanent employee.
My lawyer tells me that a new rule has come up according to which i cannot file for my labor unless I HAVE AT LEAST A YEAR'S EXPERIENCE FROM A COMPANY OTHER THAN WHERE I AM CURRENTLY WORKING for my application to be accepted.
now that i have exp from dec - may at a company otha than my current which is just 5 months they say its not sufficient ... !!
can some1 comment on this ?
