DUI 1st offense will affect GC labor ??

Hi,

Was concerned about DUI 1st offense in PA state will have an affect on my GC labor ?? My GC labor has been just filed, I am already into my 6th year, will there be any chance of getting Audit due to the DUI offense ?? Please advise.
