PERM work experince related
Hi,
I worked for company A, for 3 years and right now I am with another company for last 2 years. I have MS.
My previous employer, company A (for whom I worked for 3 years), wants me to hire back for a position that needs BS with 5+ years experience (and MS preferred).
Company A is ready to file for my GC with above description as well.
But I wonder,
Can I pass the PERM decision matrix with the experince of the (same) company A , to be qualified for BS/MS with 5 years experince requirements?
or I have to ask company A , to file for GC with MS and 1.5 to 2 years of experience?
