1. I am in 7th year of my H-1B ( till may17/13 ) and my first PERM got denied through Company A.
Can we appeal for Denial at this stage ? So that I will get one more year extension.
2. If my PERM 2 got applied in first week of December with same company and is in pending status by June.
Should I go back to India ?
Will my PERM process get continued, though I am working on off-shore project in India.
Can I apply for I-140 and extension of my H-1B ? when I am in India after My PERM got approved.
If NO – What are the potions I have to stay in USA. As I have lot of commitments in US.
