Hi All,
I have almost 2 years left on my H1 (H1 is valid till 12/30/2014). This would complete my six years of stay on H1. I am trying to switch my company and my new employer would file my GC after a year. Let's say my new employer files the PERM in Feb 2014, would that allow me to extend my H1 after Dec 2014?
Also what if say the PERM is filed in Feb 2014 and say it gets approved around Nov 2014?
I really want to switch to this new employer. My only concern is to get my GC process in place so that I can extend my H1 beyond dec 2014.
