Green Card Application
Hi,
My wife is on H1-B & her employer has initiated the process of her Green Card application
The First Step being A labor certification, the advertisement drafted by the HR & Lawyer describes the Work that she does but the position is one grade lower than where she is in the hierarchy. The Attorney has been unable to find a match to her current designation.
i) Should we go ahead with it in the present state or try for a change in the advertisement ?
ii) Will it matter in future if we go ahead like this , will the green card petition be any different ?
iii) Just incase we were to change jobs in-between how does the whole situation effect us ?
