    PERM Approved, but will DUI affect further processing?

    I just found out that my PERM application is approved and I will advance to the next step which is the I-140.
    However, I had a DUI-1 (misdemeanor) a couple of months ago. I have a court date set in a few weeks, Will this impact in any way for me to get my green card?
    I'd appreciate your thoughts/suggestions
