When you interview with them, simply tell them that you will need sponsorship
for an H1B and also that you are expecting them to apply for your Green Card.
(PERM is the only option for LC, so no need to stress the word "PERM".)
When you interview, be confident and polite about your requirements. They are not
offering charity; you are a qualified individual, and your working at a company is
a mutually beneficial agreement (for you and the company).
Don't know what ethnicity you are, but we Indians make this mistake very often;
we think the employer is doing us a favor by offering us a job and sponsoring our GC.

I agree. Most of the Indians behave differently in front of "White" people. Many Indians still think that phirangs still rule us.
Make up your mind, decide what you want and tell the samething in the interview.
