hi All,
Let me tell u ppl about myself....I have a M.S. degree in
Electrical Engineering from an US university.I graduated in May 2004 and since then I have been working as a software developer on H-1B visa. I am planning to start my green card processing sometime in August thru my company. SO before I do that, I had a few questions which I needed answered....
1) I have about one year of real work experience. Is that much enough along
with the Masters degree to start the application process?
2) Also, I have a Master's degree in Electrical whereas I am working in
software field. How is that going to affect my chances, if at all?
3) Also what is the approximate time frame for GC approval under PERM for EB2 category?
If any of you knowledgable ppl can answer any of the above questions, that would be a great help for me.
Thanks and Best Regards
