IA, IL labor question.

My labor was filed by my employer in IOWA in April 2004. I was told IOWA doesnt send receipt notices for Labor Certification filing. Is it correct? Anyone recieved 45 day letter from BEC yet? Any help is greatly appreciated..

I have not recieved anything yet and mine was submitted before March 04
