EB3-Pre-Approved Labor
Currently I am on H1 visa.
My question is:
one Compnay has EB3- Pre-Approved Labor which was approved before year 2000.
Can we file I-140 immediately if the petition matches my skills?
When we can file I-485?
I heard that in October, we will get a priority date for the old labor petitions approved before 2000.
Is there any possibility for this?
If it happens, is there any time frame we should file the I-485? Like, for example, Oct-15 to Nov-15, I-485 should file if the labor is cleared before 2000.
If I use the pre-approved labor from some other company, current labor petition from the current employer will be continued or discontinued?
Can you please give your valuable suggestion with GO / No-Go for EB3 - Pre-Approved which was cleared before 2000?
