I am on a H1B visa. It will expire in September 2014 (6 years completed). My employer filed the PERM on 06/06/2013, which is the required
365 days before the visa expiration in order to stay beyond the expiration of the visa.
My employer has offices in New Jersey and in Texas. The PERM was filed based on me working and living in NJ.
Question: can I change to the office in Texas without problems, re-filing of the PERM etc etc?
It is the same employer, just different office location.
