I had applied for my Labor application with my old employer back in 2011. It got approved and I also got my I-140 approved. After which I switched employers. It's been over an year with the new employer and I wanted to begin the labor certification process again, but my current lawyer said that to port the priority date we need a copy of your original labor certification filed with the previous company as they need to match the job description.
My old employer is creating issues and is not releasing my labor certification form.
What do I do here?
