H1B 6th Year - PERM Audit Denied - looking for options

Hi

I applied my perm priority date was Aug 9 2012. My H1B visa will expire on Sep 20 1013(including recapture time).

I got response for my labor audit and denied on Aug 2 2013.

My questions are:

1) what are my options for renewing my H1B.
2) If at all I got my H1B visa renewed, can we change company and file new PERM with new company?
3) What if same employer file PERM again with different job title and probability of approval?
