I have query regarding the PERM application and would appreciate if some one can please reply to this.
My employer filed PERM application for me around an year Back. Initially an Audit request was received and my employer filed the response. The audit response was taken into consideration recently and the application has been rejected. I have been told that the reason given, is that The Advertisement for job should have been published at the location of employee's current work location, however My employer published at their headquarter location.
Can some one please let me know
1. If some one has case similar to this?
2. Was my employer right in posting this job requirement at the location of their office or the laws have changed recently?
3. What options do I have at this stage.
4. Please provide any additional information that can he helpful for me to find out what went wrong.
