Hi guys
I have a question regarding filing the PERM and hope you could give me an answer to my question.
I have a very time sensitive case and everything is timed out very well. My employer did all the
job advertising our attorney told them (Caljobs, Newspapers, Monster.com). After the 30 days for the
ads and 30 days silence period I thought we immediately file the perm. Now the whole process got
delayed for one more month because the attorney said that he needs to do an Campus post and an
inhouse job post and he had to wait untill the wage determination is back because it is a MUST that the inhouse post is
with the concrete salary.
Now my question: Is this really the truth? I think they just forgot it. This would be interesting to know
because this could make the whole case fail now from a timing perspective and I would really like to know
if this whole delay could have been avoided. Or is it not good to do all the job ads at once?
Thanks a lot
