pwd way too high

hi, this is my first time on this website. I got my pwd back for my PERM and came at 50% higher than expected. That is totally much much higher than people in my field in my area- coworkers. plus the FLDC data website calls for a 49k salary, and i make that, but they put there 72k!!!!
the attorney is doing a redetermination concurrently with another pwd application.
what is the success rate for that? do i have any chance?
