Hi All
My 6th year of H1 begins october 1st'05. I just heard from the lawyer saying : We have run into problems with the NJ DOL in submitting the Job Order for your PERM application. As part of the pre-filing recruitment efforts, we are required to submit a job order with the state DOL office. In NJ, we submit the request to the NJ DOL and they then post the job order. The original job order that was submitted was never posted by the NJ DOL. So in short my job order is not yet done. What are the chances of getting Labor filed by October 1st'05.
Also I had initially come on B1 visa and changed to H1. However my Ist H1 was stamped only for 2-1/2years. Does that mean I have another 6months balance when my this 2nd H1 expires. Please help.
