H1B expiring Nov 2013, May 2013 PERM pending, Can't go out, is H4 an option?
Hello all, please help if possible by sharing your knowledge.
Background:

My PERM was filed May 1st week, 2013. It is pending.
My H1B is in 6th year and expiring Nov 2nd week, 2013.
I have very little recapture of vacation days available (2 weeks).
I don't want to travel out of USA because my baby is due early 2014.
My spouse recently obtained H1B and will start work from Oct 2nd week, 2013.
Questions:
----------
1. Is it an option for me to go on H4 on my spouse's H1B from Nov, 1st week? My employer is OK with me not working and willing to keep the green card process on.
2. Does my spouse have to work at least 2-3 months before I can go on H4?
3. Is being on H4 going to affect my GC procedure in adverse manner?
