Changing employers or work location during PERM Labor Ceritifcation

Hi,

I have filed my PERM labor certification for EB-3 through my company's lawyer on June 27 2013. It will take atleast 6 months - 2 years to get my priority date (No thanks to the government shutdown for adding more time to this process).

Please let me know if I can change my employer during this time without affecting my labor certification.

I would also like to know if I can atleast take an internal transfer and move to a different team in another state with the same employer. In this case, my manager and work location may change with a possible promotion (Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer).
