Hi,
I had to travel to India on an emergeny while my Employer was doing the preprocess for filing the PERM. I came back to US on 2nd October. My Employer file my PERM on Oct 23rd. Employer filed the PERM with my OLD I-94 Number. When I came back to US after vacation, I could not convey the new I-94 number to my employer before the petition was filed. Please advise if this will cause any issue to my PERM processing.
