Delay in Prevailing Wage Determination for Perm- Aug 2013

Hi,
My employer said that he has already applied for prevailing wage determination in August 2013 but it has been put on hold due to US shutdown. Can somebody please confirm if this is true and is in the same shoes Or my employer is telling lie?
I would appreciate any information. Thanks

Your Employer is not telling lie he is true.
