    Transfer H1 from A to B beyond 6 years of H1 and on approved PERM

    Hi,

    I am on 7th year of H1 with company A and I had my PERM approved. Now, can I transfer H1 to company B and start the GC process? I know that switching companies is possible if I140 is approved but I am not sure if it is possible to do so on approved PERM. Please advice.
