Is my Experience listing on PERM application correct?

I worked for an Indian software company which has a subsidiary company in the USA as well.

I worked and moved between these 2 companies for a total period of 8 years.

Following are the time duration I worked between the 2 companies:

May 2005 - Oct 2008 - Company X India
Nov 2008 - July 2010 - Company X USA
Aug 2010 - Jan 2011 - Company X India
Feb 2011 - Jun 2012 - Company X USA
July 2012 - Oct 2012 - Company X India
Nov 2012 - March 2013 - Company X USA
----------------------------------------
March 2013 - until now - Company Z USA
----------------------------------------

Now, I have moved to a different company and they have applied my PERM application.

When my PERM was filed, the attorney listed the above experience as 6 different jobs - Job1-Job6.

My question is - Is this correct or we should have mentioned my expirience in India and in USA for the same company as only one?

Note:
When i worked for the company in USA, I got my paychecks in the USA.
