Pre-Approved Labor?

Hi All,

I have completed 5 year on H1B. The present company(Company-A) applied for GC through PERM twice recently. Both the applications are in pending status. The company didn't got any approval thorugh PERM.

Company-B is offering me a pre-arroved labor with early 2003 as priority date.

Can i go fot it?

What are the pros and cons?

I'm in the same boat like you. Could you let me know if you are not using that labor and still if it is available for others.
