Hi,
I am working in company A and filed GC in EB3. Filed on 12/27/2013. Current visa status - H1 and maxout is 12/26/2014. I didnt get any status on this.
Questions:
1. I am getting a offer from Company B. Not sure whether they will file in EB2 or not. Is it a good idea to move to Company B and apply thru EB2 considering my max out is just 9 months from now.
2. If I stay in Company A itself can I change it to EB2 from Eb2- when i can do that.
I have 12+ years experience. And I did M.Sc after B.Sc.
