Need your help.
I spent,
3 years - on L1.
6 months - in India then Reentered US on H4.
10 months - on H4 in US. Got H1 Approved and USCIS gave me H1 after recapturing time spent on H4 and in India.
1 year 5 months - on H1.
Now, my employer is filing PERM - GC. I am wondering if time spent on H4 will be counted or not for 6 years cap.
My understanding is, it won't be counted. I want to verify that is the case. If you find similar thread already present then please point it to me.
