My current visa 6 years H1B end by June 12, employer is in 'reviewing resumes' phase - they did not apply PERM yet.
With recapture time, they can extend my H1B till Oct1st.
Now, the real problem. The job location where my current H1B, prevailing wages and job postings were done - is going to shutdown by Apr end.
Employer wants me to move head quarters to a different state in US.
My question is -
1. Can attorney office file my PERM application & H1B recapture with current location (which is going to shutdown soon) and continue the process?
I guess if they have to file PERM from a different location, again it needs to start from beginning stage-1 with prevailing wages for which I do not have validity to stay in US.
2. What are the main parameters required for PERM approval or H1B approval.
Could you please help me with the inputs in my situation. I hope I have shared the situation clearly.
