    Can you file EB1 and EB2 at the same time

    Hi I and my wife are presently doing separate J1 visa waiver and want to know that if one of us can file for GC on EB1 basis and other go for EB2/LC route. The reason I am thinking this way to save some time in case EB1 is not approved.
