EB2 or EB3

Hi,

I am a dentist working with a Non-Profit organization. I am not sure if I qualify under EB2 with NIW or EB2 without NIW or EB3. Appreciate if someone can help me.

You can definitely qualify for EB-3 category, but that will take for ever. If you are serving in an under served area you do qualify for NIW. A friend of mine did the same thing.
