Job title change suggestion from DOL???

Guys, please help. Acc. to my lawyer, he applied for my PWD application on April 23, 2014. He came back today with a response that DOL has suggested to change the Job title and then resubmit. He has not shared any paperwork with my employer. Has it occurred to anyone. Do you receive any paperwork from DOL? Can they even suggest a change of job title? I would appreciate any help in this regard.
