Change Company while PERM in Progress - Need your help
Hay Guys, here is my situation, My PERM filed Nov 2013 and it is still in progress. My visa expires Apr 2015 (approx 8 months left).
1. What happens to PERM if Change my company A to B.
2. Company B is interested to file PERM asap.
3. Company A priority date remains or not?
4. Would I be eligible for 365 days rule and get 7th year extension.
5. It it an adventure changing company at this point of time.
