Change employer while PERM in Progress - Need your help asap

Here is my situation, My PERM filed June 2014 and it is still in progress.

1. What happens to PERM if Change my employer A to B.
2. Company B is interested to file PERM asap.
3. Company A priority date remains or not?
4. It it an adventure changing company at this point of time?
