  • On 7th yr, PERM application done on 7/25/14

Hi I was previously denied with my eb2 application, and this is my 7th yr on my working visa (it was extended early this year since there were no feedback to the status of my EB2 application, until may of this year which we received feedback that EB2 I-140 was denied) My H1B will expire on August 2015. my employers then filed another green card application now with EB3, my PERM which was filed on 7/25/14, so using the 9 month processing time( which will be In January 2015, crossing fingers that I will not get audited) , will I have enough time to have employers apply to extend my work visa? can employers do a premium processing for my I-140?, what happens when they PERM application process time is for the whole 12 months so I would not have my labor cert until july of 2015, will I also still have enough time for employers to apply I-140 under premium processing in order to be able renew my work visa ?
