My current employer is trying to apply for my LC. My previous employer gave me a termination letter and not an experience letter. My termination letter mentions the duration that I worked there and my job title at the time of termination.
My previous employer would not provide any detailed letter as to what were my roles earlier and technologies I worked. So I do not have a letter for "progressive" experience. Is coworker affidavit enough to substitute experience letter?
Is it legal for my previous employer to refuse me a the letter that shows my progressive experience?
