Experts...Needs suggestion for one of my friend (please genuine only, if you know about it) ..... Here is his condition .... His contract ending with client while his PERM in Audit (Labor filed in 08/2013 and went in Audit .... current PD is 06/2013 ....means 2 more months to wait for the Audit decision) .... also his H1 6th year period is completing in very early of 2016 .... means No more 365 days left to file a new PERM ..... if earlier PD is not possible to use......Now He don't have any issue to stay with his current employer but if the new contract will not come in hand early, Employer may ask him to left US due to status issue. Then another option for him is...He can get new project through new Employer and hopefully It can work easily for him .... ..... So is it OK to change the Employer in this situation ...... Can he use the same PD for new PERM with new Employer OR can't.
