Is job(project) location matter while going to file for 140. Labor went in Audit (stuck in Audit for last 20 months) while working on project A in state X...The Audit result is near to come within a month or two...and then Contract of project A completed...so moved out to another state Y for new project B... Labor still in Audit...but Employer is still same for new project B...only client and location changed.... Will it cause any issue in getting positive result from Audit...also will it cause any issue while going to file 140 in premium? Any views Experts...Please?
