I have an approved I-140 in EB3. Requested to upgrade to EB2.

IN the PREM process employer has found two candidates for the job description posted.

What impact does it make when candidates are found?

If they clear the interview process then what? will the employer fire me and hire the new guy?

What the workaround to this problem?

I don't think you should worry about getting fired if they clear the interview process. The whole purpose of the recruitment is to prove that you are the only qualified person for the job. If you are not, then your company will merely have to restart teh recruitment with revised job requirements (or decide against sponsoring you). They are not obliged to hire anyone who just meets the minimum requirements for the job through the PERM process.
