My perm process was cancelled in recruitment. I am a full time employee and my employer was following the protocols properly. The JD was not the same which was used during my H1B. its was very minimal and just 30% of my current roles and responsibilities. The prevailing wage was on a Higher scale and may be that was the reason for lot of profiles coming for the posting.
* After how many days the process can be restarted? My employer is willing to restart after 180 days.
* Can we start the process again with a different Job title?
* Should my JD be very unique including my current roles and responsibilities?
* if the JD is very unique and tough wouldn't that raise the prevailing wage at a higher range?
* What are the suggestions for JD and Prevailing wage, which I should provide to my Management?
