What is my Priority Date

My PERM case no is A-14295-xxxxx.
which refers to 295th day of 2014 i.e. 22-Oct-2014

But i received the mail from USCIS only on 09-Dec-2014


While tracking the PERM application in Dolstats.com, it says that average time for PERM processing is 182 days.

So, my question is do i calculate the no of days from 22-Oct-2014 or 09-Dec-2014?

Count from Dec 9. That is your priority date.
